Windows 7: BSOD on computer after motherboard upgrade

Thanks for recomendations but have previously done all tests thanks to essenbes previous recommendations i have not seen any problems now i dont know how to underclock memory and i am not totally sure if ram is 100% compatible with mb i will do some studying

So if the ram i have is not on the qvl for my motherboard would it possibly cause all these problems with the ramdom bsod and memory corruptions

Thanks for the qvl update any reason why they don have have the modules listed that my mb manual has.
Either way i do not see my ram listed on either one the mb manual or the qvl update. Any chance that that is the true cause of my random crashes and my usb ports acting up here and there

Not that I am aware of. We can test for errors with memtest86, but even that is not 100% conclusive, but it's the best test we have. Could you borrow some ram from a friend just to test?

Random BSODs are usually either a RAM problem or a bad driver. If you can't replace the RAM easily (even if it's borrowed for testing purposes), try rolling back the video driver. Your gaming BSODs could be the result of a graphics problem, perhaps due to the driver. Costs nothing to try, anyway. I would try to clean out the old driver completely before installing the new (older) one.

I dont have anyone to borrow some ram from i will have to try and buy some ram thats in my qvl list and i have not actually played any games on it since i built it. I tried to install crysis but it would never start the game just a black screen then the game would crash but i never actually got a bsod when trying to start the game
