BSOD error 7001 SF diag and dump files included

Hey ladies and gentlemen and thanks to anyone in advance,

I was playing Arma III installing some server side stuff for a modded server, I saw a firewall pop up but didn't worry about it (not sure if it has anything to do with the crashing at all). I played on for a few minutes then the game froze i saw some rainbow colours, i restarted my pc and cannot access it unless i am in safety mode. A big thing to note is strange green pixelations in my background about 5-10 pixels wide and1-3 high almost looks like code from the matrix haha hopefully that itself might answer the problem if not!;

So far I have tried:

Clean restart
going into BIOS at boot up and running the trouble shooter through there.
Rolling back my drivers

I for some reason have no saved dates to go back to for a simple reconfig from a prior date.

After as much amateur fiddling around as i can i have a suspicion that my GFX card is fried but as I am not an expert id love to have a definitive idea of the problem so i can get it fixed!

Once again thanking anyone in advance!
