Hi. It's good to know that it's Chrome again, it reinforces that the issue is isolated.

I'm attaching the MSINFO as requested.

Also, in startup, there's a Google process "Application Restart", this likely shows up on the MSInfo, i'll attach a screen shot just in case.

And yes, if we're unable to fix it, then it's best that I lay off Chrome for a while

Uninstalling Chrome will not supposed to be the fix, but will help to widen our vision to the issue.

Arc, should I uninstall Chrome? is the Google startup task for Application Restart an issue?

Kindly let me know your suggestion. Thank you.

I have said it earlier too.

I think you should uninstall Chrome; for the purpose of testing.

Download and install Firefox. During installation, it will ask for importing bookmarks etc from another browser. Import your bookmarks of Chrome. Nothing is lost.

As all the dumps are reporting that chrome is running in the background which does not match with all your descriptions, and you cannot let chrome stop to run always in the background, you should let it go and see how the computer behaves.

Further troubleshooting will be needed depending on the situation.
