BSOD at various times, can't figure out what to do, please help

Hi there, lately this BSOD comes to me more often that it used to be.
When I power up the machine, and it loads completely, at various times I get a freeze completely, but I can hear audio. After a while in the freeze, it restarts, all this without seeing a BSOD but I know it is a BSOD because it says when it powers up again. Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown.
It usualy happens either when I play game, or playing audio.
this is the error I get:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 7f
    BCP1: 0000000000000008
    BCP2: 0000000080050031
    BCP3: 00000000000006F8
    BCP4: FFFFF88010023FF5
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

I have windows 7 64bit, no service pack.
Sometimes when the computer is turned off for a long time and I open it it happens after a while.
Sometimes it wont happen at all. Please help me.
Please anyone knows something about this I would be so grateful! I will owe you my life.

Having a complete list of your system hardware specifications makes it far easier to troubleshoot issues. Use this to help gather that information:
