If so, get the SF Diagnostic Tool... click the DXDIAG button ....

Possible, only when the GPU is failing. The GPU is onboard, so it becomes a fault of the motherboard.

On the other hand, the OEM license of the Dell computer is tagged with the motherboard only. Replacing the board will make the license dead.

So, it will be the best for you to call Dell, and ask them to take the necessary action which will minimize your loss.

Yes, ask Dell. They might have better or easier fixes, without losing the license.

My license is more than year as it have ended At this point I think its better to buy a good laptop or desktop in future without integrated parts so problem like this wouldn't recur.
