BSOD still occurs when DotA 2 or youtube

Hi guys, this is yyanho here and Im experiencing BSOD errors again.

13.9 WHQL is not available for 32-bit PC so I cant follow the instructions.
Last time I ran AMD Driver Autodetect and it works for a few days but
now BSOD occurs again, usually when I'm playing DotA2 or watching youtube videos.
Any other solutions?
