BSOD while in Photoshop CS5 - detailed info.

1st post at SevenForums. Let me try to summarize my situation with numbered bullet points:

01) Several BSODs over 6 months.
02) Last one on or about 1-1-15 to 1-2-15. Occurred while studying a photo on Photoshop (hands off mouse & keyboard). Could not read bsod text as it went by too fast.
03) Gateway (Acer mobo) rebooted and skipped boot SSD and booted from original HD w. 2 yr. old configuration.
04) I rebooted and it came up in the SSD only to bsod again shortly after.
05) To make a long story short, I restored an image taken on 12-30-14 (1 or 2 days before the current BSOD - coincidence?).
06) Thinking all was now OK, I tried to recalibrate my monitor as this had not been done for 9 mo. I use the Spyder2Express colorimeter. It would not complete the process but showed an error popup. I could not track down the error and believe it is irrelevant. [Error 4 (SpyderUSB.cpp 324)] I attached it to a 2nd box and calibrated that monitor to see if a Windows update file may have caused an error, but the process completed smoothly. The problem appears to be elsewhere, but probably in the files below.
07) I ran the sfc /scannow from an elevated cmd prompt and found some errors in System32\spool\drivers\64\xxx and will upload this file.
08) I booted from a Win7 boot/repair disk and ran the startup files repair program a number of times. It repaired some files, but I still cannot run the colorimeter without it failing.
09) NOTE: The log files I'm uploading come from the restored image mentioned above and do not contain data from the bsod crash. Perhaps they have info. from earlier crashes or related file problems.
10) Could it have crashed due to overheating? While fiddling with it, I noticed my cpu heatsink/fan was nearly totally blocked with dust. It's clean as a whistle, now!

I have my original Gateway installation disks from nearly 3 years ago, but would prefer to not have to reinstall all that I have setup. Note that I downloaded and ran the DM Log collector and the SF Diagnostic Tool and will upload those Zip files along with the SFC file.

Your help will be paid forward. Thanks.
