random BSOD, stop code F4 & 7A, and wont create minidump

    Can you reboot with PepperMint5, and open GParted. Please maximise it and see if your hard disk is shown.

    I'm not sure about SeaTools and Rufus. You could try and see.

    only show a disk labeled PEPPERMINT with mount point /cdrom, capacity is 7.22GB , its the usb drive

    Select the Devices menu in GParted and see if it shows it there.

    this time, opened GParted then appear :

    Libparted Bug Found!
    Input/Output error during read on /dev/sda

    i clicked ignore and there is unallocated partition & file system, with 465,76GB size.. besides my usb Fdisk

    Ok. Try File Manager again to see whether you can browse that partition - that is your hard disk.

    still, no disk in File Manager,
    i double-clicked that disk in GParted, it told about error during read and unrecogdised disk label

    gonna replace the harddisk (under warranty) but im afraid the data =-= any advices sir?
