BSOD, Often during Hearthstone, not always - 0x000000fe

Often during Hearthstone, but not always. Has happened when using Cinema 4D or watching videos via VLC. I've reformatted, upgraded RAM, updated NVIDIA Driver, still getting hit.

Attempted diagnosis with WinDBG, says USB issue - usbhub!UsbhHubProcessChangeWorker+ec

Uninstalled and reinstalled all USB drivers and changed USB power settings (USB Selective Suspend Setting) to "Disabled" when on battery and plugged in.

After 3 days I haven't experienced any more BSODs. Obviously this is inconclusive, but just an update.
