BSOD on start up "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL"

    Hi

I been experiencing some difficulties with my PC booting up.

The below is from a program (WhoCrashed) , see report:

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\010815-17581-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75BC0)
    Bugcheck code: 0xA (0xFFFFF8804B16042C, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF80002FE1795)
    Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

Every time I restart my PC, I need to go via the BIOS and change the internal graphics just to get passed the "starting windows" screen. I've uninstalled the Graphics drivers, installed the latest versions and even older versions to see whether it was driver related problem.
I played around with my RAM , swopping between the slots thinking it could be a memory issue.

Please, any advise on this matter will be great.

I'm not very clued up on computers, so please be patient with me.
