Windows 7 Ultimate x86 v. 7600

Leo, I realized everything since the first post. I said clrearly that "exactly the same thing" was happening to me. I ment it all.

The problem is i want to be able to change those settings and make them work and I found no BIOS updates that actually worked. So I was wondering if someone had the solution. I use an Acer AspireOne D150.

Windows 7 Ultimate

Hi All,

Had the same issue.

Specs for my netbook
Acer Aspire AOD150
- Win 7 Ultimate
- 2 G RAM
- 160 G HDD
- CPU Atom
- Bios v1.05

What I tried..
- Change Power Options :-(
- Kept lid open :-(
- Take battery out, restart from mains :-(
- Pull hair out!!

What worked..
- Updated BIOS to v1.11 via : download drivers :-)

Now I have heaps of CPU and no issues when I close the lid of the laptop when connected to external monitor.

Hope that helps anyone with the same issue.
