Variety of BSODs - Log/Event Files included RAM TESTED

So I've had a variety of BSODs from Bad Pool Header, Memory Allocation, and lots of System Service Exceptions over the past month or so. I've been lazy about it as it only happens sometimes, but recently it's been happening a lot more so I've got to get it fixed.

It usually happens as I start to play video games like League of Legends, and rarely happens while surfing the internet (only after playing a video game).

This is what I've done so far:

sfc.exe /scannow - No integrity problems
chkdsk - No problems
Memtest86 - Full 8 passes with no errors
I've also completed scans with free versions of malwarebytes as well as avast

I looked at the event logs created from the .exe that the site provides, and it looks like my video card memory has lots of errors, I was wondering what I could do about that. I've updated my video card drivers and the problem still persists.

Thank you in advance for any help you guys are able to give, I've attached the file as instructed.

Just re-installed the latest NVIDIA driver from the site just in case. Will see if it happens again...still curious to know about the error though and see if anyone can dig through the dump logs to see if anything else is wrong...

"The NVIDIA openGL driver has encountered an out of memory error. This application might behave inconsistently and fail."

Did a google search and honestly found nothing, just people saying to update the driver...maybe an NVIDIA problem? As far as I've seen there's no settings I can change having to do with GPU memory, there are a bunch of configuration and graphics settings...I've set those all to default and recommended.

Quite a variety of errors in there blaming lots of different drivers, the only thing that comes up in several places is memory and gfx so it could be an issue with gfx ram
I would start with tests on your gfx card to see if any errors show

Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

may also be prudent to download your HDD manufacturers test software and run some thorough tests of your drives and there is a few error references in there

if you require any further help please rerun either of the BSOD file grabber tools and upload ALL of the files it generates

Went ahead and ran the test for about 5 minutes, seemed alright, no artifacts or anything, temperature slowly rose and then leveled out. Gonna try and open up my game and see if there's any BSOD's...if there is I will post the logs!

Looks like I had another BSOD. Luckily it was not while I was playing my game, but a little bit afterwards. I was away from the computer and came back to it being rebooted, so I didn't get to see the blue screen...however I will post the dump files when I get home from work tonight.

Alright so I got home from work to my computer showing "Windows is loading files" from trying to startup repair. So I'm guessing while I was at work it blue screened and tried to startup repair, which wouldn't start. I have attached another file with more dumps and more info from the .exe.

Any help would be appreciated before I decide to get a new graphics card!

Sorry about that it's attached now, for some reason it didn't attach after I uploaded.

Update: just got another blue screen of death, this time reference by pointer, while trying to upload my files
