Hi There,

Your AMD drivers are getting the blame,

Code:
BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80060c31374, ffffd00129df9870, 0}

Probably caused by : atikmpag.sys ( atikmpag+21374 )

Followup: MachineOwner
They are recent, which you probably know since you said you updated them,

Code:
Loaded symbol image file: atikmpag.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys
    Image name: atikmpag.sys
    Timestamp: Thu Nov 20 18:08:54 2014 (546E9EB6)
    CheckSum: 00093077
    ImageSize: 00096000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
You can try this on your AMD driver,

1. Go to Device Manager and expand Display Adapters.

2. Right click on your adapter and choose properties.

3. Select the Driver tab and choose uninstall.

4. When finished, reboot the computer and let Windows install the available WHQL driver.

I think it may be your switchable graphics conflicting too, if you can disable one of them as a test that might help.

It there any way to fix it without downgrading the driver? as it will also decrease performance...

Have you tried what I posted about disabling one of your adapters?

At this point, I think you should take stability over performance first.
