Hi all,

Hope someone can help - I've had two BSOD happen while doing nothing particularly demanding on the operating system. See below for information from Windows on the error:

BCP2: FFFFF8800C532CB0
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0

I guess you are able to see what my set up is from my profile, but if useful:

Installed Memory: 6.00 GB

Many thanks in advance for any help with this issue.

Make sure your dump logging is enabled.
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click System.
  3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
  4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
  5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).

Location of Dumps:
C:\Windows\minidump

Thanks - I've done that. Are there any other recommendations - do I now need to run a new report and upload?

Thanks

I haven't had a BSOD since the one reported - I should wait until the next one, then run a dump-log enabled report to post here?

Thanks,

Ben
