BSOD at random points in time, usually while waking the computer up

I've put off uploading here, but it's become an issue I am not fond of and want to fix, so I'm looking for help here. I think it's possibly the drivers on my GPU but not totally sure.

    Specs:
    XFX Radeon 7970
    4770K
    Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3

I have attached my debug file.

    Hi TikiPC.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus (you may keep rainmeter there, too).
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

Then see if it BSODs again or not. If it does, test your RAM modules for possible errors.Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

    Let us know the results.
