The last bsod didn't save a dump for some reason, but the error where all windows things close and doesn't crash gave the error 0xc000000e.

What is the situation is, exactly? Are you still using that same HDD as unformatted?
Have you performed a clean reinstall?

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

I got another bsod, but my computer hasn't been shutting down on the bluescreens. It will just sit there and i have to manually shut it down. If this file doesn't have anything in it, i think that the process for the saving is being closed with all of the other windows things. The screen where everything windows related closes has been happening more and i think that it ends up closing the bsod program before it can load causing my computer just to sit there. I also tried to install a game and when it tried to install c++ 2005 an error came up saying that it couldn't install it because it had to little memory available.
