BSOD on Windows Update; BSOD when playing games

NOTE: DM log collector seem to be getting stuck when collecting msinfo32.nfo, so the attached file can be incomplete. Please let me know if it can take longer than 10 minutes to collect this data so i will run the program again.

BSOD #1: It started at around January 15th - basically when i shoot down the system, theres a suprisingly short windows update. Then whenever i boot the PC and it starts to configure the update, bluescreen pops up with an error code 0x0000007E and i have to use system recovery to succesfully run the system.

BSOD #2: Ive never fixed it and it occures since i bought the PC. When i play games (and very rarely when using internet browser) my PC is getting random freezes, display driver errors, monitor is turning off and of course sometimes BSODs happen. Ive tried several different drivers, memory/hdd tests, temperatures, stress tests, 2 different monitors and GPUs, and plugging out/in hardware inside the PC case then i gave up. So basically all the BSODs listed in a ZIP file until January 15th are related to this problem.

Well lets troubleshoot the hardware. Run MemTest86+ for 8 passes and Seatools for DOS and Windows.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Should i make the second memtest? I did it like a year ago for 4 or more passes, cant remember exactly, no errors.

Just finished three tests with Seatools, Short Drive Self Test, Short and Long Generic, all passed. I dont know if it was supposed to create a log for me, theres just a green message that it passed.

How long am i supposed to run it? I did a stresstest with settings from this link and it didnt stop after 10 minutes. Temperature capped at 85C. After that i pressed screenshot hotkey and it stopped working. No artifacts or anything like that.

Anyway, the problems i described can happen literally after few seconds after the game got opened or it can happen after 5h of playthrough, basically anytime at random. I had 2 different video cards installed and it happens on both.
