BSOD after installing new video card

Recently today I installed a new graphic cards, "AMD Radeon R7 260x". I also bought a new power supply due to old power supply not have PCI port cable to plug into my graphic card. I also tried replacing my CPU with a new one, but unfortunately I had to put back the old CPU due to the new CPU not working correctly. BSOD happens randomly, but the moment I run WoW and it gets to the log on screen I can hear clearly something turning off and on in my case. Then randomly it would make that turning on and off noise in my case. It could either be my video cards turning off and on or something else. Anyways I started getting BSOD after trying to install a new CPU, successfully installing a new power supply and successfull installing a new graphic card.

Test your HDD with Seatools for DOS. Take both the short generic test and the long generic test.

    Let us know the results.
