BSOD and pc freezes all the time

I have freezes and BSOD every time...Most time when i am at chrome when i render a video on premiere or after effects when i play Skyrim...But i think the problem is general!
My Power supply is corsair 500W!
Tempratures of every part is ok and i believe that is not from the Heat!
Recently i changed my case because i bought corsair Hydro Series H55 and i built my computer all alone in my new case for the first time but i think i did well! I can't remember when freezes and BS started?!
I m about to start crying
