    BSOD on display sleep mode

    Hello,

I recently built a computer and have been running into the problem of my PC crashing when using the "Turn of the Display" feature in the power options sleep menu. The display will turn black and the fans will spin up to max and the PC will be unresponsive until I do a hard reboot. If I dont use the turn off display feature, the computer will enter sleep just fine. However if i use a screen saver then the PC will never enter sleep. My PC is overclocked but I have never had a crash which has not been related to sleep mode.

This has not really been an issue as I have been avoiding the use of these features, although I would like to find the cause of the problem if possible. Thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide.
