Seemingly unsolvable IRQL_NOT_LESS OR EQUAL (0xA)

As explain in title I am getting the error IRQL_NOT_LESS OR EQUAL (0xA)

If you need full list of details on my computer there should be one in my profile, sorry not sure how this works as its first time I make a post.

I've literately tried everything I could think of in an attempt to fix this.
So far I've tried: Updating windows (via windows update), updating drivers (via device manager), cooling the CPU and the computer with more fans, I've done several RAM memory tests over and over, I've tried to remove a RAM block at a time, re-installed Windows, replaced the HDD whole new SSD, done multiple chkdsk's.
Sorry if I have forgotten some.

I've read online everywhere for a reason to this BSOD but I have been unsuccessful in solving this mystery.

It does have a pattern to when it happens, but looking at this pattern only leaves me with a headache...
Most of you might be familiar with the game MineCraft, some of those might also be familiar with FTB.
Minecraft is a Java based sandbox game that sometimes can get a bit recourse heavy, sucking up alot of RAM memory.
To explain what FTB is, it's essentially MineCraft but it's a launcher of several different MineCraft modpacks.
This is far more recourse heavy than the original game itself.

The BSOD only occurs when I play FTB and no other time what so ever, not even when playing the unmodded game.

I've tried to solve this issue myself for over a year now without any result or progress of any kind, but I can't take it anymore.
I really hope that any of you might be able to help out.

Tried installing the new Intel driver but nothing has changed, it still crashes when playing FTB.

Same problem - Since you have already made the observation that the BSOD only happens when you play that game, Im afraid we can only conclude is that the card cannot manage the game.

Sorry, but I don't see a solution for this problem.

the thing is, it can run the game just fine, the non modded version can run with no issues, and the modded version, well the BSOD doesn't happen after a specific amount of time, it occurs on random.
I had a thought tho, can this be caused by Java having memory leaks? Cause when the crashes happens the files of the game usually corrupts (most are just overwritten upon launch, but some causes unrecoverable exceptions by the game and have to manually be deleted)

Sorry, I have no idea. I suggest contacting the developers and checking with them.
