Been getting this BSOD randomly. Thought was the vga card as computer would not wake up the next morning after being on all night. And computer would not POST once, only worked when took out vga card and used onboard video. I've since purchased and installed a new vga card. And reinstalled windows 7. But just got 2 BSOD today. So seeking some help here.

I am not an expert on reading dump files.
But as reading your post, i am thinking it is the problem of your PSU. Maybe your PSU is not compatible with your Graphics card.
Can you post your system specs?
I personally don't think it's the PSU, graphics card was working fine for years on it. New card, is only a cheap Geforce 610 with no fan. No require any extra power.
Specs are:
Intel Core 2 Duo e7400 2.80GHz CPU
4GB DDR3 Memory
2 HDDs both 300GBs
GeForce GT 610
Creative Soundblaster 5.1 PCI Card
550w PSU
