BSOD on new build pc happens randomly

Hello I bought a new pc five month ago i was not getting bsod often but today when I exit game I got bsod somehow.

especially this happens when I alt tab to google chrome from game.

I get a strong feeling that Golden expects you to complete his request first.
All updates including SP-1 are required to continue.
Post back when you have completed the task.
This post doesn't give Golden much to work with.

Hello I installed all the updates for windows 7 and I upgraded my graphic card driver but for now I got a different blue screen it says CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION.
