    PC crashing/restarting once a day

    Hi,

this is my friends PC!! not the one in the specs. Im solving this for him.

The PC restarts about once a day unexpectedly. Not sure if it’s BSOD, because we’ve never witnessed it happen. But I think (according to event log) that it crashes rather then normal restart.

Ive done some virus search, tested HDD, everything seems fine. All drivers and updates up to date.

    Attaching log...

    Thanks!!

kokon, even if it is your friend's computer, we need the specs for it, in as much detail as possible including the model number if it is an OEM and the PSU and CPU cooling. Also, there are no dump files in the files you uploaded. Pleas make sure it is configured for Small Memory Dumps. This will tell you how.
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Also, please open an elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

    Thanks for reply!

Will the specs in attachment do? The tool you suggest (System Info - See Your System Specs ) doesnt provide an easy way how to copypaste all the details...

Sfc scannow did fine - no integrity violations found

    Minidump setting configured

Now lets wait for another crash i guess
