Click start and type: cmd in search.
Right click cmd.exe and run as Administrator.
Type sfc/scannow and hit enter.
It will take about 30 min. to run give or take.
This will scan and repair any windows corrupted files.
Let me know if this solves it.
Run this below first before doing the above.
If it does not find any corruption download this to check
your system for adware, malware, trojans and etc.
Click on free version download on the left hand side.
After it finishes the scan,if it finds anything click on repair all.
Let me know the results.
Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software
Thanks.

Also, a stray crash dump is not enough ... post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions .
Attach the data with your reply post.
Sir,
The scan result and detail information was attached, please check it, thank you.
Everything looked okay to me.
Try System Restore. Since the BSOD just recently
started. This might be related to a new program driver issue.
This is usually the case [driver conflicts] with most BSOD's.
Go to Start then Search and type:
system restore, left click it at the top.
In System Restore dialog box click show all restore points.
Choose one when you remember it was running smooth.
You can also scan for affected programs that will be lost.
Let me know the results.
This will also get rid of Malwarebytes Real time licensed trial protection
that you installed also.
Thanks.

One more thing I will add ... search in Lenovo's site for any update to your webcam's driver. Search by ThinkPad X1 Carbon, 20BSFVT013.
The applied driver is of Sept, 2014.
If no update is found, downgrade it if possible. See how it goes.
If still the same BSOD continues, disable the webcam as a test at least, see how it goes.
Let us know.
