How to Stop: 0x00000124 BSOD

Hey their, I've been recently having trouble with my Gaming PC which I put together and
I'm not sure why I have been getting occasionally BSODs from STOP 0x00000124 and I dont know what's causing this, It just does it randomly and it doesn't happen too often, only when I play for a while and leave the pc on It just randomly BSOD on me. The most recent one is when I decided to play a game from Steam called BlackLight Retribution and as soon as I hit the button and the game was loading up it just died.

Any Ideas would be appreciated and Thank you. May I say my OS is window 7 but was from Pirate Bay and I'm not sure if it's that. It was fine when I installed it and started playing games on it, it just came few months later.

I've attached the dump plus Hw Monitor Temperatures in case anyone wanted to check them. If anyone needs more info about Specs let me know

Hello zexphion mate there is a hardware problem and it appears to me (am no expert) that there is osmehting going on in the CPU cache - are you overclocking and what are the temps of the machine when at idle and gamming hard? Use the to see what they are https://www.piriform.com/speccy

Post back a pic of what you see or just type them up pics are better

0x124's are typically related to a hardware issue and can only be isolated by stress testing the major components. Always make a note of the temperatures when running these tests.

If overclocking, reset all overclocks back to their default settings and then follow these:

RAM - run for a minimum of 8 consecutive passes
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

CPU - run the HIGH test
CPU - Stress Test Using IntelBurnTest

Video - run the FURMARK test for 20mins
Graphics Card Problems - Diagnose
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Storage - run the SHORT test using the DOS version

Now the temps are ok except the CPU is a tad high for my liking if the machine is at idle but do as Golden has suggested as I was going to head in that direction anyway.

When I was replying to you guys Last night the Bars where you can see the hidden Icons and the google chrome kinda downgraded like at the moment, like if you would go to settings and lower all the graphics in the menu or something and had a blue screen as well yesterday. (playing League Of Legends).

I leave it Idle a lot when I have to do stuff, I'm not sure if that's the cause plus I can't check out the DUST that's collected in the PC which I haven't cleaned up yet so. The thing Im doing now is reading the steps of the senior member that left for me.

Yes well if you had a blue screen yesterday then let us see the results because they may include a bit of insight into what is going on. Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

But still carry on with the "senior" members advice
