BSOD playing Heros of the storm. error Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

hi,

good day. i was hoping you'll could help me with my problem. heres my computer setup.

i7-3770 @ 3.4
win 7 home ed 64b
16 gig Ram
nvidia geforce gtx 660ti
ssd 60 gig OS
gigabyte mobo - z77-d3h

So the bsod started while i was playing Heros of the storm, firstly my framerate started spiking from 1~70, then the bsod happened,

so i went through the forums and tried troubleshooting as much as i could, i did a clean windows install, updated my windows, antivirus(did a full scan), nvidia video drivers; flashed the Gigabyte mobo and updated its drivers.

i gave the computer a good clean, free of dust and clogs.
i ran a memtest for 15 hrs overnight and it came back with no errors, as well as a windows mem test as well, which was also, no errors.
after all the tests, i still get framerate drops, spikes.

please help, thanks in advance.

It is Qualcomm Atheros LAN that caused the BSOD.
