BSOD browsing using Chrome - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Lately, I have been encountering BSOD - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x0000000000000000000000000000001C, 0x00000000000000000000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000000000000000000, 0xFFFFF88001862C9E)

tcpip.sys - Sddress FFFFF88001862C9E base at FFFFF88001800000, Date Stamp 533f5bd4

On some days, I don't ever get the error, on others I'll bet it just onece but on days like today, I get the message multiple times.

Any idea of what generates this error?

I have attached the DM Collector log file as requested when encountering the BSOD.

Thanks,
Paul

I've run Memtest86 and the utility reported no errors after about 12 hours of testing.

If you have had a BSOD, then why are the files still not attached?

My apologies, I had generated one when I first posted but I guess it didn't attach.

BSOD 10 or so min. into web browsing on Chrome.
I have never had issues with my computer until today. I bought some RAM as an upgrade, installed it, booted fine, then after opening up a few windows in Chrome, it crashed. It happened 3 times, same scenario. I couldn't read much of the BSOD, most of it was out of my monitor's FOV.
