Now we have to concentrate on the remaining two.
I see BitDefender is installed? I'd suggest uninstalling it for the moment, and installing MSE until the situation is resolved.
I will try and uninstall bitdefender tonight and begin step two.
I haven't had time to run the driver test yet, but I had another crash when I opened up a video today. No minidump created. I'll try to run the crash test this weekend.
