BSOD with network issues

With the research I've done I know that I'm getting the BSOD because of network problems due to seeing tcpip.sys

Unfortunately I really don't know what's wrong and am looking for help. I'm uploading the dump file and also a picture of what my BSOD looks like. Hopefully you guys can help!

Update your network drivers. And if you are running NetBIOS update it also.

Any other help? Issue just arrived again after it had been away. I thought I fixed my drivers but I guess not.
