BSODs, maybe when dealing with usb cord?

Hi,

I don't know if these BSODs are random, or coincidental but a lot of them happen when i'm using an ipod connected to the usb charger on the PC.

The Asmedia USB3 driver is causing the issue.
Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff8800533297e, fffff88020281708, fffff88020280f60}

Probably caused by : asmtxhci.sys ( asmtxhci+1b97e )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
The driver is too old.
Code:
    Image name: asmtxhci.sys
    Timestamp:        Mon Oct 03 15:50:17 2011 (4E898C61)
Asus also does not have a proper update with them, but you may try that one that they have.
Version V1.14.2.0. https://www.asus.com/in/Notebooks_Ul...Desk_Download/

See how it goes. Let us know.

BSODs I have avoided dealing with, until now.
Hey, I have had alot of BSOD over the past few months. I think I had my first one while using demon tools and yasu cloaking... in this time I had no firewall for about 2 days. I got a virus via spotify but bitdefender dealt with that. I have had BSOD off and on since. I generally get them while...

dealing with Craigslist scammers
So it looks like a scammer is going to send me a money order that will be over the price of a computer I'm selling. I have asked for a name (to be friendly), a phone number, mailing address nothing, and since the money order has been sent already, the amount - with nothing from them. This...
