Who knows what its installed to the system - I'm not surprised you have driver issues.

For really hard to get rid of stuff I use the registry entries approach but unless you are confident about going there then leave it alone.

What I do is to first back up the registry in case you hit something wrong Registry - Backup and Restore - I always do this after a clean install - go to the reg entries in HKEY's LOCAL MACHINE and CURRENT USER and look in the Software entries for the thing you want to get rid of but don't do that unless you as I said and back the reg up FIRST!

If you are at all unsure post back anyway the Revo should take care of business.

i have tried the revo uninstaller but could not find any program called driver tuner i think one of the scans a ran may of got rid of it

also i did some reserch on fc4 and yhea that game is a big mess for people runing sli and ile just have to wait a cople of more patches b4 it runs smoothly

i have noticed sum thing odd though anytime i play a game full screen at what seems to be random it puts me on the desktop the game is still running but cant find whats causing this

messed around in msconfig to fix the random jumping to desktop

Without going right back have a look at this Optimize Windows 7 it will make the machine more efficient if you don't mind losing a bit of "bling" like transparency all which adds up to gobbling RAM and other resources and speeding up stuff.

In msconfig I have nothing ticked in the Start up tab and it makes no difference to the normal operating of the machine. Some like to leave security ticked but my security loads as normal without the tick. In the Boot tab I have nothing ticked in it or the Advanced settings:)
