Windows 7: BSOD on startup then auto reset. Start up repair doesn't work

I have read it once . I have read it twice. But its already time for me to retire and so I will be off for the next 8 hours atleast.. So let me think about it and come back tom morning. Your drive does seem to have the data in it.

I have one or two questions to educate myself and understand.

1. Your Samsung 1 TB HDD is back into its original slot in RF511. Right?

2. You said your optical drive is not working on that machine. How are you booting into Partition Wizard?

Hello, thanks for trying to help.

Yes the HDD is back in the RF511.

I am using a flash drive to boot from. I now have Slax Linux on bootable usb and have been using that to recover my data.

That sounds good. I was also thinking of straightaway getting into data recovery mode and recover the data. You have already started the process relieving me. Good going.

( I would have recommended Lucid Puppy for the first time Linux handlers Lucid Puppy way to recover files from a non-bootable computer but you can use any live Linux you are familiar with.

Just curious to know how you created your bootable PW pen drive. It looks different in the screenshot and that is why I asked that question).

Please keep us posted.
