BSOD Playing/Streaming League of Legneds and web browsing

I recently went back to windows 7 from windows 8.1 because I wasn't enjoying the features. After installing my programs, drivers, and games I went to go back to streaming League of Legends. I found that while running OBS (streaming software) and the game in borderless mode I started dropping to 40 fps until it would BSOD. With the downgrade from windows 7 I also upgraded the RAM with a 4GB Hyperx 1600. I thought this my be the problem, but have removed it and replaced it an have seen no change.

    1st Error:

This occurred while I was streaming in borderless windowed mode.

    INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, Bug Check Code: 0x0000003d

    2nd Error:

This occurred again while I was streaming with the same settings.

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, Bug Check Code: 0x0000000a

    3rd Error:

This occurred while i was watching Netflix and browsing the web.

    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, Bug Check Code: 0x0000003b

The main driver I find that is consistent in all of these is the ntoskrnl.exe. I have looked up videos for how to fix that and I have tried changing my keyboard, installing older graphics card drivers and uninstalling programs. I am running a memory check tonight but I am really stumped. A lot of people are saying boot into safe mode and then see if it BSOD but I have no clue what will make it tick. It happens so randomly. I can add any information I forgot or didn't know about that you might need. I really do love streaming and I want to get back to it as soon as possible so any help would be so great!

I moved it, just use the report button instead. That way we don't have multiple threads on the same issue. :)
