unfortunately I have not found someone who can give me a gpu. This morning, to my surprise, I found a dump file with yesterday's date.
I would post it hoping helpful but i can't because the system tells me I need administrator's permissions. I have to start a live linux distro to copy the file and post it here or it's possible copy it from command prompt?

Just follow the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and nothing else.

This contradiction should not be there. If the dump file is there, DM log collector must collect it.

No, because what you stated is not logical.

And, a counterfeit windows installation like your computer like your is basically beyond a fix via remote assistance.

    • Motherboard: asrock 970 xtreme 3
    • Numero di serie: 00426-OEM-8992662-00173

An OEM key of ASUS on a retail Asrock motherboard. Nothing but counterfeit, and all the issues are possible for you. Until and unless you get a legit windows, all attempts to fix your issue is a waste of effort.
