Its SpyShelter.
Code:
BugCheck 24, {1904fb, fffff88021cfd138, fffff88021cfc990, fffff880018d01ef}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for SpyShelter.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SpyShelter.sys
Probably caused by : SpyShelter.sys ( SpyShelter+3c93 )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
And its pretty old.
Code:
    Image name: SpyShelter.sys
    Timestamp:        Fri Oct 21 05:57:31 2011 (4EA0BC73)
First try to update it. If there is no feasible update (I dont know, I dont use those) or if the update does not help, uninstall it.

Let us know for any further BSOD after doing it.
