Windows 7: Multiple random bluescreens

Multiple random bluescreens

I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 7 64bit from 32bit, I decided this was a good time to install two sticks of 2gb RAM I had laying round that I thought were identical to the ones I currently had (which I have now removed both of). After either installing the RAM or upgrading the operating system I consistently have had random blue screens and I am unsure of what is causing them. The BSODs happen more often while gaming but they aren't limited to this, they occur even while web-browsing.

Here are the four BSOD that have made minidumps. I believe there may be more but windows has stopped saving the .dmp files after a blue screen. (but that might just mean they only make one .dmp per crash type)

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL -0x000000d1
BAD_POOL_CALLER -0x000000c2
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION -0x0000003b
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA -0x00000050

Hm if it happend after you replaced the RAM run MemTest86+. RAM - Test with Memtest86+

If it comes up fine then check if your motherboard is compatiable with your RAM.

I ran memtest through and it came up with errors initially, I then realised I had installed the ram in a way my motherboard didn't support so I changed the lay out to a supported method and reran memtest, this time it came up with no errors. Bluescreen crashes are still occurring though.

The motherboard has been compatible with this ram for five years now so I'm certain it's not that.
Also I think it might be important to mention that games also randomly crash to desktop with no error message and no freezing.

For some reason the bluescreens aren't creating .dmp files anymore, the latest logged bluescreen is in .zip file in my first post.

Can you please snap a picture of the BSOD please. I have a thought of what is the root of this problem.

This morning I set the RAM settings in the BIOS to single channel and for the last few hours I've had no BSOD, If I get one I'll post it.
