As for the chipset driver question -- setup runs just fine. I restart the computer. When I check device manager, it still reports those two drivers as missing / not recognized.

Graphics Driver BSOD: When I use BlueScreenView, the driver listed is atikmdag.sys. (atikmdag.sys+39d30, ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver). When I use WinDbg, I just see ntkrnlmp.exe?

    Yep,

    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys
     atikmdag+0x39d30
    Same version,

    Code:
     Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
        Image name: atikmdag.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Nov 20 18:30:27 2014 (546EA3C3)
        CheckSum: 0121F198

Try an earlier version, and run the tool every time you upload because it gives updated reports.

You need to run a few commands to see that driver in WinDbg.

    Normally BlueScreenView is pretty basic.
