BSOD when on battery

Hello,

BSOD happened twice on my Clevo laptop this week (never happened before). It's hard for me to tell what the possible reason might be, since each time i left my computer on (on battery), and was doing something else, when i came back i thought it went to sleep mode. Unfortunately it was off and when turned on again i got information window that there was a bluescreen.

I would be grateful for for your help. Please give me exact instructions of what to do, I'm not very good with advanced computers stuff and language .

Pardon my english.

Thank you for your time

Both the dumps have some common things. One is AVG.
Code:
fffff880`009ee368 fffff880`04c8080eUnable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\avgidsdrivera.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgidsdrivera.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgidsdrivera.sys
 avgidsdrivera+0x1180e
Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

But there are some more things that is causing the computer not able to wake up successfully, and that is not properly stated in the crash dump. Let us have a try to find it out.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Now let the computer go to sleep on the battery. It it BSODs again, let upload another zip.

It is not a solution, but it will make the way to further troubleshooting.
