Windows 7: BSOD on wake-up from sleep mode

BSOD on wake-up from sleep mode - on opening lid

I had BSOD thrice in a week after waking up from sleep mode.

This happens when i open my lid (have set it to sleep on closing lid). Doesnt seem to happen when i use the normal sleep button.

All 3 minidumps attached in my latest post below. Please help .

One more crash happened yest, PFA all 3 dumps. Please help.
