BSOD win32k.sys when alt tab games (CSGO, LOL)

recently i kept getting bsod when i alt tab csgo, it doesn't happen everytime, it just happen randomly, the moment i alt tab i get bsod.

sometime when i quit the game, it causes bsod too.

i have uploaded 3 most recent dumpfiles here

im using eset nod antivirus initially, have changed to avast but still get bsod.

i7 3770k oc-ed to 4.3ghz. have tested memtest overnight with all passes.

does this have to do with my overclock?

    pc spec:
    i7 3770k
    PowerColor HD6870
    8GB RAM

This should be your first step, installing SP1 and all your updates,

    Code:
    Host Name: XO-PC
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
    OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
    OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner: xO
    Registered Organization:
    Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00400
Original Install Date: 3/3/2015, 4:20:26 PM
System Boot Time: 3/23/2015, 1:52:11 PM
    System Manufacturer: System manufacturer
    System Model: System Product Name
    System Type: x64-based PC
After you do that, your last dump is blaming your graphics driver,

    Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmpag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmpag.sys

        Image name: atikmpag.sys
        Timestamp: Fri Dec 06 12:21:45 2013 (52A231D9)
