    Hello Katonoszta,

You appear to have a custom built PC with a Gigabyte motherboard but you have a product key for an Acer/Gateway

    Code:
    Win 7,Ultimate,ACER/GATEWAY/PACKARD,XXXXX-OEM-8992662-00006
You will need to buy a legitimate product key and then run a DM log collector again. After your build shows that it is legal, we can further assist you.

Yes Gator and when the OP gets back I think the security should be checked to
    Code:
    PROCESS_NAME: avguard.exe

Ok thank you so much for the reply guys, i really appreciate it

Hello Gator, The product key you mentioned is for the Gigabyte motherboard right? how do i get a legitimate product key? Because when i bought this PC, it had been set up by the store of the PC, so i don't understand that thing.

Hello ICIT2LOL, what i have to do with that security thing, could you be more specific please ?

It means they put an illegal copy of Windows on your PC. If you bought it from them, I would call them and tell them you want a new legitimate product key or you will call Microsoft. PC shops should NOT be giving out illegal copies of Windows.

If for some reason you are unable to get them to buy you a new one, you will have to buy a new legitimate license and change the product key on your PC.

After that, upload a new DM Log and we can further assist once your PC is completely legitimate.

I am wondering and suspecting you have Avira on board or by some chance you have AVG but the ref that I posted is throwing something up not quite right but I think Gator is more on track than me for the major stuff.

Now run Speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy click on Operating system and it will list whatever security you have on board if you don't know if it is just what have you been using??

As for AVG just don't ever go there
