Hello guys i need a bit help.I just install windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and i got this crash

I search in internet about how to fix it but still cant find easy way to do that.....can some1 help me....i got the "lates" ATI Radeon driver for my video from ati website 13.9 for HD 4800 series also my monitor got driver i dont know maybe is from this....
