BSODing, Symbols not supported on my verison of windows

I've been getting random BSOD a couple times a day. I've uploaded my log per the instructions on this site. I cannot read them, could you guys help me out? I fixed one set of problems yesterday that were caused by AVG, but I got BSOD 2 more times today.

Sorry to double post, here is an updated log. I had 3 more BSOD since the last post, and I deleted the ones from years ago.

    Code:
    Host Name: ROFLMAO7
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
    OS Version: 6.1.7600 N/A Build 7600
    OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free

Update Windows 7 first to see if the BSOD's continue - its a waste of time and effort troubleshooting BSOD's on an outdated installation.

Would that require a fresh install? Or is there actually a way to update it from Microsoft?

Well, after using windows update again, I got BSOD while trying to boot. Did a system restore and solved that issue. I'm in the process of downloading another version of W7 (ultimate 64 bit "retail") just going to do a fresh install. Could you still tell me what the crash dumps said in the mean time while W7 is downloading?
