From what I see I have posted but I will request a expert to look at your log to verify my findings.
    I have been wrong before.

What Lenovo or some other person has done to your computer or said they have done I don't know. All we can go by is the log you posted.

    You're not wrong this time

The installed Key is an OEM_SLP Key only valid in machines which shipped with Windows 7 pre-installed.
This machine was manufactured around 8-9 months before Windows 7 was Released to Manufacturing - and so cannot therefore have the required SLIC table present.

The fact that a v2.1 SLIC table is apparently present means that there is an Activation Exploit present in order to circumvent Activation and Validation.

This conclusion is supported by the fact that the SLIC table ID doesn't match the rest of the table IDs for the Lenovo system on which the tool was apparently run.

This is evidently either NOT the machine in the OP's specs, or the DMI data has been monkeyed with in an attempt to confuse. Either way, the install is counterfeit.

    Kaahhhll

You need to install a legal proper copy of Windows 7 and activate it properly and post another log or we will not be able to continue helping you with this computer.
