I let the memtest run for 15 hours today, 12 passes I think. No errors found.

I got another BSOD today. Then, I could not get back on until I entered safe mode and disabled DV. According to Bluescreen View, it shows

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

bug check code: 0x000000d1
caused by address: ntoskrnl.exe+74ec0

And that was with DV enabled.

It is pointing to the Intel USB3 driver.
Code:
BugCheck D1, {fffff88027a441b4, 2, 8, fffff88027a441b4}

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for iusb3xhc.sys

Now I'm confused as to which one. I find two drivers on that intel site when I search for usb 3, plus a Intel® USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver. My board is not an Intel brand, though I have the core i7 chip. The two results on Intel's site say that they are for Intel® Desktop Boards.

Edit - I am guessing the xhc on that filename means eXtensible Host Controller? I searched my system and I cannot find a iusb3xhc.sys file. And how can I find out which version of the driver I have or if I even have it?

I dont know if I should laugh or I should cry.

I dont know what I should reply to you. The actual reply that I need to say that better you take your computer to a technician and pay him for fixing your computer.

As you dont even know that your motherboard is a Intel® B85 Express Chipset board having Intel USB3 ports, the confusions are obvious. You really dont know which board you do use? In that case you will not be able to have your issue fixed in a remote assistance, frankly speaking.

You HAVE the said driver, and running.
Code:
iusb3xhc Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\iusb3xhc.sys Kernel Driver Yes Manual Running OK Normal No Yes
I cannot say the version (you can know it from device manager ... properties> Driver details) but it is of 29/03/2013.
Code:
iusb3xhc Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXten Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXten Kernel Manual Running OK TRUE FALSE 118,784 430,080 0 3/29/2013 7:36:19 AM C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\iusb3xhc.sys 8,192
Code:
    Image name: iusb3xhc.sys
    Timestamp: Fri Mar 29 18:06:19 2013
I have done that much that one can do in a remote assistance. Rest is really on you.

My last suggestion to you on this topic ... though Gigabyte does not have the latest driver with them all the times, still you try it from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-B85M-D3H (rev. 1.0/1.1)
Attachment 356361
By the way, I use the same motherboard that you use, B85M-D3H.
