    BSOD c000021a Fatal system error (0xc0000428 0x00010610)

This happened after I did a windows update. Also, I'm not sure if these things have anything to do with it but I have gotten a (You need to install ATK0100 Driver) message for a while but my PC worked fine. The only way I can get past the BSOD is to do F8 and click "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" but have no sound at all. I tried to system restart but it says it failed every time I try and I can't use safe mode. I think I have a driver problem but don't really know what that means, I'm not good with computers. Please help, thanks.

P.S. Is there any way to get my PC to the way I bought it (factory reset) or whatever it's called?

This may give you the information you need. Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 We can't help much without knowing what kind of computer you have. That is why we always ask for system specs. If you could get into it and run the BSOD posting instructions and upload them here, we may be able to sort it out for you. www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html#option2

Also upload a screenshot of Device Manager may help.

c000021a [fatal system error] after windows update last month

it also says 0xc0000428, 0x00010610 in BSOD. Before this all happened it would say I need to install "ATK0100 driver" so idk if that has anything to do with it.

I'm not 100% sure but I think these were the updates I got from windows update when this happened. (i wrote them down after)
    kb3035131
    kb3004375
    kb3031432

I have windows 7 home premium service pack 1.

I tried "last good settings" or w/e it's called, the only way I can get online is with safe mode.

You need to follow the directions that were given to you in the second post and also the huge notice at the top of the page, rather than keep starting new threads, until you do that nobody can help you.
