BSOD dxgmms1.sys many times with games and when I launch NBA2K15

Hi! I'm Judith and I have many problems with my son's computer. I don't know if there is a problem with graphic card, cpu or motherboard. I've tried to use another memory and there's problem too so I think memory works ok.

When I play some games I get bsod screen a few minutes after. I get bsod screen too when I launch NBA 2k15. It takes 1 second.

Counterfeit installations such as his contains heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable.

My recommendation is to start with a clean slate, and install a genuine version of Windows. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable.
