Laptop error 0x000000D1.

Note** I CANNOT use DM Log Collector, as I do not have any access to this site on my damaged laptop. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I apologize in advance - I know very little about computers, so I may have to ask for a lot of clarification. I will do my best to provide the information that is asked of me, so please be patient.

My laptop is an eMachines using Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit. It has an AMD Athlon processor, TF-20, 1.60 GHz. It has 2.00 GBs of memory. Any information you require further you'll need to direct me on how to find.

Problem:

Two days ago I had brought out an old laptop of mine to give to my partner. I worked just fine, and he wiped it so that he could make it his own. He installed Steam, as well as a game that may be considered too much for the laptop, but worked fine anyway.

Yesterday he turned the laptop on and it just kept rebooting, over and over. Finally we started seeing the blue screen of death. I shut it off and left it, thinking it may have just been a glitch. When I turned it back on, the same procedure happened - rebooting continuously and blue screening.

Today I started working with it. I've tried system restore, and I froze the blue screen so that I could see what error it said. This was provided: STOP 0x000000D1 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO)

Looking it up, it said that the error pertains to a driver interfering with the memory when it shouldn't have been. I wanted to try and download the debugging program but I can't get into safe mode with networking without the same process of blue screening and restarting, so I have no internet access on this laptop.

I tried F8 - repair your computer, but it made no difference. It tried system restoring as well and had no results. I tried debugging mode but again, same thing as before.

So now here I am. I can't pinpoint the direct driver and can't troubleshoot. Nothing is making a difference.

Suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE

I got into the laptop with the last known good configurations, but if I reset it: blue screen. This popped up...
