I have requested help from another BSOD team member to see why the WriteDebugInfo value is set to False and how to change it. Bear with me and one of us will get back to you.

Can you follow this to double check you're set to write Small Minidumps.
  1. Open Advanced System Settings
  2. Click on Settings in Startup & Recovery
  3. Make sure both boxes indicated below are checked
  4. In the dropdown box ensure you're set to record Small Memory Dumps

Gav, I have a few minutes so decided to stop in and have a quick look.

If you don't get any .dmp files after confirmation in post #15, then I would look at MSE/other AV suites to see if its "holding" onto the dump write to disk:

Code:
Event[52660]:
  Log Name: System
  Source: Service Control Manager
  Date: 2015-04-04T18:25:57.061
  Event ID: 7006
  Task: N/A
  Level: Error
  Opcode: N/A
  Keyword: Classic
  User: N/A
  User Name: N/A
  Computer: HiroXPS
  Description:
The ScRegSetValueExW call failed for FailureCommand with the following error:
Access is denied.
This item is often associated with AVG, Panda and Kaspersky - not 100% sure about MSE, but then I found this:
Code:
Event[52621]:
  Log Name: System
  Source: Microsoft Antimalware
  Date: 2015-04-04T18:15:48.000
  Event ID: 3002
  Task: N/A
  Level: Error
  Opcode: Info
  Keyword: Classic
  User: N/A
  User Name: N/A
  Computer: HiroXPS
  Description:
Microsoft Antimalware Real-Time Protection feature has encountered an error and failed.
 	Feature: Network Inspection System
 	Error Code: 0x80070005
 	Error description: Access is denied.
Reason: The system is missing updates that are required for running Network Inspection System. Install the required updates and restart the computer.
Perhaps uninstall then reinstall????

If that doesnt help then it may be the hard disk - 0x7A's are often associated with failing HDD if there is also a 0xF4 (which we don't yet? have).

There are a few of these, but not sure what device it is referring to:
Code:
Event[52630]:
  Log Name: System

  Date: 2015-04-04T18:15:52.760

I followed the instructions in post #15. Strange thing I found was that that "non" was selected for writing debug information, but I had previously chosen for it to do the small memory dump when I was previously instructed too. Should I go through and try the DM Log Collector again? Or uninstall and then reinstall MSE first?

Is it better to Copy or Cut when moving large amounts of data?
What is better when moving large amounts of files and data (20+) to either copy or cut the files? Or does it not make a difference? I was told cutting fragments your hard dive while copying does not. I've only noticed that cutting is faster.

Best way to large amounts of data between iMac and my PC (via WLAN)

Best way to secure large amounts of data?
I have a 2TB hard drive which I bought to back up my DVD collection. At the time I thought I would never fill it, but at this point it is almost full and I can easily see myself filling another one some time in the future. I plan on adding another 2TB drive and putting them in RAID to appear as...

Syncing my iPod
Some backstory: I installed iTunes 8 x64 in build 7000, but it wouldn't start. Selecting the Shortcut resulted in the creation of a new process, but no user interface. So, I killed the process and uninstalled, then installed the x86 version which does start, but cannot burn CDs (not a big...
